Big Savings for Our Clients

Hawaii First's implementation of Associa Advantage is bringing big cost savings to its clients. One client recently received a $750 rebate over its already low purchase by being a member of the Hawaii First family. It costs our clients nothing and brings additional savings to keep our client's treasure chest full.

Our Christmas Gift to Hawaii

Each year Hawaii First with the support of its vendors, raises funds to provide a turkey dinner with all the trimmings to local less fortunate families and gifts for the keiki. We were privileged to feed approximately 1,200 people this last Christmas and to make sure the keiki has a gift under the tree. Recipients are identified by 6 nonprofit organizations to include Hale Kipa, Keiki O Ka'aina, Word of Life Youth at Risk, Hawaii Clubhouses, Palolo Elementary School, and Princess Kaiulani Elementary School. The program began 4 years ago with 20 families and has expensed each and every year.

Developer Selects Hawaii First as Initial Managing Agent

The Developer for the conversion of Hotel Wailea (Maui) to a condominium association. Hawaii First will review the initial documents, prepare a professional reserve study, and help set the initial maintenance fees for this new project.
