Hawaii First provides online access for association attorneys to view owner payment records 24/7, streamlining the collection process. Our system has the ability to send email notices to owners five days before the payment grace fee ends to remind them of a potential late fee, as well as affording an opportunity to click and immediately pay by check or credit card. Owners have access to their account ledger online to review charges and payments, and communicate directly with our accounting office. Our email reminder service is provided at no charge to the association or owner.
